QUINDO4 Quindo is a hub where young people in Kortrijk are provided with the tools to learn and refine cross-media skills. It's a place where, under guidance, they can produce and present content on an online platform, with streaming radio at its core. DIPSTER 2_0 During this project, an online learning platform is being developed where educational objectives related to digital competencies can be addressed. POWERITUP From the Level-Up project, a follow-up initiative has been established, aimed at professionalizing teachers of the 3rd grade in secondary education focusing on the labor market and double finality, enabling them to enhance digital competencies and data literacy of their students. No-code (r)evolutie Developing custom software is a costly and time-consuming process. Many organizations resort to using MS Office or the Google Suite, but the world of no-code offers far more possibilities than standard office applications. NewZ Lab Media outlets in Flanders are facing challenges in capturing the interest of Gen Z in news. They seem to be losing connection with young audiences. NewZ Lab is exploring possibilities to engage this demographic. It focuses on the current media consumption habits of young people. Coping with crisis This project aims to introduce 'Oral Literature for Development' (OL4D) as a new paradigm, based on the belief that culture and creativity are central to the development of all people. AID Generative AI is currently experiencing a significant surge. AI enthusiasts see endless opportunities, while doomsayers predict the downfall of creative professions and disruption in education. This research focuses on the role of AI applications in the creative sector. EdHubAI This research explores two interconnected paths related to Artificial Intelligence (AI): interpreting results to provide better/individual guidance for students and investigating which AI applications could be beneficial for education. Bridges by Mentors The project provides internationalization in the context of home, connecting international students with citizens from diverse backgrounds. As a result, an international boost is given to individuals who may not always be inclined to meet young people from another country. ERGO XR The objective is to create a Mixed Reality application that instructs students in proper and scientifically substantiated techniques for lifting and hoisting.
